Such a wonderful app I've ever used in my life. This app will definitely helps you out from negativity. This app is very user friendly and the rich content of affirmation will definitely blow your mind but I personally like the brainwave function of this app which helped me to increase my focus. The app is pretty good. I like the interface, it's very easy to use and find everything that you need. I like having the option of adding my own music to the affirmations and making my own audio recordings. I also love the fact that he has affirmations for the mornings when waking and before bed. His affirmations are very positive and up-lifting.
